Lauren Luchetti received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University in the summer of 2026 and joined the faculty at North Central College the following fall semester. Broadly, her research focuses on disability stigma and the management of concealable stigmatized identities at work.
